Will you set up the tables, chairs or lounge furniture I am renting from you?
We will gladly setup your furniture rentals for a charge equal to 20% of the rental cost of whatever is being set up. We do not include setup as a standard part of our rental costs as many brides and planners prefer to do this themselves to maximize their budget.
Can I pick up the furniture myself to save on delivery charges?
While a few tables or folding chairs may fit into the back of a pickup truck, we recommend allowing us to deliver items so you are not responsible for damage in transit. Since our lounge furniture is both expensive and bulky, we do not allow customer pickup or return of lounge furniture or throne chairs. My venue is providing chairs, do you have chair covers that fit them?
Our chair covers are intended to fit most standard chairs, but fit is not guaranteed. You are welcome to bring a sample chair along to your showroom appointment if you would like to check for fit.
