MINIMUM ORDER

Event Lighitng Distributors has no minimum for domestic orders.
On overseas orders there is a $1000.00 U.S. minimum.

TERMS

Current Customers: Payment due Net 30 days from date of invoice for those accounts in good standing. Orders received from accounts with delinquent invoices will automatically be held pending payment of prior balances.

New Accounts/First Time Orders: A 50% deposit is required prior to shipping and a processed credit application (please allow 5 business days for processinf). Balance terms to be determined upon approval of account.

Payment: In addition to check or money order, for your convenience, Event Lighting Distributors accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.

SHIPPING

The acceptance of the shipment by the Carrier is an acknowledgment that the articles were delivered to them in good condition and properly packed. The carrier who delivers this merchandise to your door is responsible for its safe delivery.

If shipment is damaged:

Have the delivery person note on freight bill the nature and extent of damages.

Notify the transportation company's office to inspect merchandise.

File a claim for damages at once. In filing a claim, you may make a cash adjustment with the carrier, for release value, arrange to have repairs made, or replace the merchandise.

If damage is unnoticed until merchandise is unpacked, notify carrier office immediately to have it inspected.

Do not destroy packing material until shipment is inspected and claim is settled.

ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE should be filed immediately with the carrier that makes delivery to your door. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Claims for loss or damage MUST NOT be deducted from our invoice, nor payment therefore awaiting adjustment of such claims.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

RETURNS/NEW

If for any reson, other than product failure, the buyer wishes to return products the following conditions apply: (1) Buyer is responsible for notifying Event Lighting Distributors of the return (2) Buyer must return items within 10 days of delivery (3) Buyer is responsible for all return freight fees (4) Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (5) A product which has been used is not considered new and is subject to a charge of 50% of full invoiced value.

USED PRODUCTS

Used products are sold on an "as is" and "with all faults basis" and are non-returnable nor will a credit be issued.
