Use this calculator as a general guideline to estimate the appropriate sized tent for your event.

PEOPLE
Round Tables - Number of people seated:	x	12	sq. ft. /person =	12.00	sq. ft.
Banquet Tables - Number of people seated:	x	10	sq. ft. /person =	10.00	sq. ft.
Standing - Number of people standing:	x	6	sq. ft. /person =	6.00	sq. ft.
Head Table - Number of people at Head Table:	x	8	sq. ft. /person =	8.00	sq. ft.
FOOD TABLES
Buffet Tables - How many buffet tables? :	x	100	sq. ft. /table =	100.00	sq. ft.

ENTERTAINMENT

RECTANGULAR TABLES

If you have a 6 foot table (30"x72"):

60"x120" cloth will have a 15" drop on each side and a 24" drop on each end

90"x132" cloth will go to the floor

If you have an 8 foot table (30"x96"):

60"x120" cloth will have a 15" drop on each side and a 12" drop on each end

90"x156" cloth will go to the floor

ROUND TABLES

If you have a 30" table:
a 90" cloth will go to the floor

If you have a 36" table
a 90" cloth will drop 27" all the way around

If you have a 42" table:
an 84" cloth will drop 22" and a 90" cloth will drop 24"

If you have a 48" table:
an 84" cloth will drop 18", a 90" cloth will drop 21" and a 108" cloth will go to the floor

If you have a 54" table:
a 90" cloth will drop 18" and a 108" cloth will drop 27"

If you have a 60" table:
a 90" cloth will drop 15", a 108" cloth will drop 21" and a 120" cloth will go to the floor

If you have a 66" table:
a 90" cloth will drop 12", a 108" cloth will drop 21" and a 120" cloth will drop 27"

If you have a 72" table:
a 90" cloth will drop 9", a 108" cloth will drop 18", a 120" cloth will drop 24" and a 132" cloth will go to the floor
